About Tessa Warner

Tessa comes with over 75 million in sales volume and more than 230 transactions since entering the industry in 2016. Known for her client-focused approach and exceptional work ethic, Tessa has earned a reputation as one of the top agents at RE/MAX, where she has been recognized with the prestigious Platinum Club award for four consecutive years (2021–2024) and inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2023. 

A true standout in the industry, Tessa has also been a three-time recipient of the Torchbearer Award, an honor given to the nation's top real estate agents under 40, in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Tessa's professional journey is built on a solid foundation of education and a passion for communication. She earned a Bachelor of Journalism in 2006 and a Master of Arts in Marketing, Communication, and Advertising in 2012, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Combining these skills with her real estate expertise, Tessa provides an unparalleled level of service, with an emphasis on effective marketing strategies and a deep understanding of client needs.

As a Certified Staging Design Professional since 2021, Tessa ensures every property she works with is showcased to its fullest potential, helping sellers maximize value and achieve fast, profitable sales.

In addition to her success in real estate, Tessa is deeply involved in her community. She has been an active member of the REALTORS® Association of Lincoln since earning her license and has served on the board of directors since 2022. Tessa has also held leadership roles within the association, including Chair of the Government Affairs Committee (2021–2022), and serves on both the Nominations and Public Policy Committees. 

Tessa is also a passionate advocate for affordable housing and serves on the board of Habitat For Humanity. She is an affiliate member of both the Home Builders Association of Lincoln and the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, reflecting her commitment to fostering growth and development within the local community.

In 2021, Tessa founded the Monarch Homes Team at RE/MAX, bringing together a group of service-minded agents who share her commitment to delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact in the lives of their clients.

Outside of her professional achievements, Tessa enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark Joekel, and their miniature dachshund, Maggie. She is also an avid gardener, golfer, and enjoys hosting family and friends.
