With over 300 successful transactions and $70 million in real estate sales since 2013, Shontelle Gillespie is a trusted and experienced real estate agent who is dedicated to making your real estate journey a smooth and rewarding experience. 

Growing up in Cortland, NE, just south of Lincoln, Shontelle has spent her entire life in the Lincoln area, building deep knowledge of the local market and community. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Peru State College (2003) and a Master of Science in Organizational Management, with a focus on Entrepreneurial and Economic Development, which she completed in 2013. 

Shontelle became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2013, and in 2022, she earned her Associate Broker License. Always committed to professional growth, she completed her Staging Design Professional Certificate in 2023, and is certified as a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). These designations reflect her dedication to honing her craft and providing clients with the highest level of service and expertise.
